Danielle B.

Danielle B. currently serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Attraction at Altria, a role held since September 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing sourcing, talent acquisition technology, talent intelligence, recruitment marketing, and employer branding. Prior to this position, Danielle worked at Pontoon Solutions from September 2015 to September 2018 in various roles, including Strategic Talent Sourcing & TA Tech Manager and Senior Sourcer for both internal and Arrow Electronics projects. Earlier experience includes serving as a Lead Technical Researcher at ITS Technologies from January 2012 to August 2015. Danielle B. is an alumna of UC Blue Ash College.
