David Choe

David Choe is a Senior Engineer at Altria, where responsibilities encompass developing manufacturing equipment, managing capital budgets, and overseeing project management tasks. Choe has a diverse background with experience in procurement, packaging design, and manufacturing engineering within Altria's Early Leadership Development Program, demonstrating skills in negotiation, supplier qualification, and safety initiatives. Prior to this, Choe worked as an undergraduate engineering intern at Altria, and held positions as an Exhibit Specialist at Blair Inc. and Wood Shop Monitor at VCU School of the Arts. Choe holds a Master of Professional Studies in UX Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art and two degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University: a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Craft/Material Studies.
