Eric Barker

Eric Barker has extensive experience in regulatory strategy and government affairs, currently serving as Senior Director of Regulatory Strategy at Altria since September 2002. In various roles at Altria, including Director of Regulatory Strategy and Senior Manager of Local Government Affairs, responsibilities have included managing legislative campaigns, coordinating stakeholder positions, and developing advocacy materials. Prior experience includes a legislative internship at the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and a research internship in the U.S. House of Representatives. Eric Barker holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University.
