Luana Daluz

Luana DaLuz is an experienced professional with a background in business management, marketing, and finance. Currently serving as a referee at University Recreation & Wellness since January 2024, Luana has also held roles as a campus recruiter and career prep fellow with Management Leadership for Tomorrow since February 2022. Additional positions include member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, campus influencer at Crunch Fitness, guest services associate at the University of Maryland, and various leadership roles within the American Marketing Association at UMD and the University of Maryland Business Law Society. Luana has interned in brand management at Altria and has experience as a server at Denny's. Educationally, Luana holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Strategy from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from American University, complemented by a high school diploma in business and technology from Union County Academy for Information Technology.
