Lynn Downing

Lynn Downing has extensive experience in regulatory submissions as an Associate Manager at Altria Client Services Inc., a position held since 1997. Prior to this role, Lynn served as a Commander in the U.S. Navy from July 1981 to September 2009, completing a distinguished career on active duty. Additional professional experience includes work as a Mortgage Loan Officer at SIGNET Mortgage Corporation and as a Training Coordinator at ITC. Lynn also held the position of General Manager at Wendy's International. Educational qualifications include a Master of Library Science from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
