Michelle Cutter

Michelle Cutter currently serves as Vice President of Talent Management at Altria, where leadership focuses on talent acquisition and development to support the company's vision. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Cutter's earlier roles at Altria included Managing Director of Talent Development & Planning and various positions in Human Resources, providing strategic HR support and talent management across multiple functions. Prior to rejoining Altria, Cutter was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Ste. Michelle Wine Estates. Educationally, Cutter holds an MBA in Human Resources from Gannon University and a BS in Management from Penn State University.
