Raeven J. Haynes, MBA, possesses extensive experience in marketing and management, currently serving as the Director of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity at Altria since May 2013. Throughout a successful career at Altria, Raeven has held several key positions including Senior Market Manager, Brand Manager, and Territory Sales Manager, demonstrating a strong progression in leadership roles. Previous experience includes a Talent Management Internship at BMO Harris Bank and a Graduate Assistantship at Florida A&M University. Raeven holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, both from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
