Tommy Hurst

Tommy Hurst is a seasoned professional in analytical chemistry with extensive experience in the development of flavor profiles for commercial products utilizing GC/MS/Olfactometry. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist at Altria since October 2018, Tommy has progressed through roles including Scientist II and Scientist I. Previous experience includes positions as a Laboratory Technician at Apex Life Sciences and a GC/MS Chemist at ExecuPharm. Tommy also worked as a GC-MS R&D Chemist at Pfizer, focusing on method development, data analysis, and maintenance of GC/MS systems. An academic background in Chemistry culminated in a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Richmond in 2016.
