Deshan Perera is a UI/UX Engineer and Product Designer currently working as an Experience Designer at Sentiva, where they focus on creating AI-first experiences for the HR ecosystem. They served as Project Design Lead for IEEE Young Professionals Sri Lanka during 2022-2023, after gaining experience as a Graphic Designer at Magic Touch Sri Lanka from 2019 to 2021. Deshan also held roles as Design Team Manager and Member at the IEEE Student Branch of UCSC. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Colombo School of Computing, having previously completed their G.C.E Advanced Level in Physical Sciences.
