Altros Studios is an independent game and software studio. We build real products with a small, tight team, leaning on modern tooling to punch above our headcount.

Our work covers two sides that feed each other.

On the games side, we ship Game Demon, a live real-time AI coach for Counter-Strike 2 that coaches you during the match, not just after. It is in early access and shipping weekly. We are also building a flagship multiplayer title in Unreal Engine, a 10v10 game still in development.

On the software side, we ship YapYap, a voice-first social app live on iOS and Android. We also take on selective web engineering and product development contracts for teams that need senior-level work without the long-term headcount.

The thread across all of it is the same. Pick real problems. Ship real products. Iterate in the open. Keep the team small enough that craft and speed do not get traded against each other.
