Altru Consulting is a boutique recruiting & consulting firm designed to serve both sides of the talent continuum- the company & individual, respectively. We are the catalyst fostering MedTech industry growth & innovation while humanizing talent acquisition. Whether we’re working with Fortune 500 blue-chips, mid-stage movers & shakers, early start-ups or nimble distributorships- adhering to our core principles is immutable ✥

🔎	ALIGNED VISION
⚒	RELENTLESS PURSUIT
⚓	LOYAL PARTNERSHIP
🏆	SUSTAINED EXCELLENCE

Our purpose is guiding others in pursuit of their calling. We believe that service is the fundamental tenet of recruiting. Whether we’re scaling teams for Sales Leaders, mapping pipelines/strategies for Talent Acquisition, or accelerating the trajectory of whom we represent, our own altruistic approach is built for the long-game, and we embrace the journey along the way. ➹

The unique, mutualistic approach we enlist to the art of recruiting equally prioritizes the goals of our clients and the career aspirations of the talent we represent. This concept has resulted not only in our own pursuit of sustainable excellence, but more importantly, the success & growth of our ever-expanding global community. 🌏
