ALTRUE Inc. is a Philippine-based healthcare technology company building national-scale digital health infrastructure for the Philippines. 

We are the technology organization behind UltraVisit and TalkHarbor—FHIR-aligned platforms designed to support Department of Health (DOH), PhilHealth, LGUs, and public-sector healthcare providers in delivering accessible, interoperable, and secure care. 

Our flagship platform, UltraVisit, is an electronic medical record (EMR), telehealth, and population health system built for government and large-scale deployment. It supports primary care, public hospitals, LGU health systems, and payer-aligned programs through standards-based interoperability, care coordination, and analytics. 

TalkHarbor, part of the UltraVisit ecosystem, is a behavioral and mental health telehealth platform designed to expand access to care at low margin. It aligns with national mental health priorities by enabling community-based, scalable, and integrated mental health services rather than stand-alone consumer apps.
