Ronen Solomon

Ronen Solomon is the founder and CEO of altshare, a B2B SaaS platform that helps organizations manage their equity and has partnered with over 3,000 corporations and numerous venture capital firms. They are the owner of Altshuler Shaham Benefits (2007–present) and serve as a director at Next Era Ltd (2010–present). They are an an 8200 EISP Mentor (2016–present) and were a Techstars Mentor (2018–2022); they also were the director of Izik Solomon Ltd (2005–2018) and CEO of Meitav Benefits Ltd (2006–2013). Ronen Solomon earned an LLB and BA in Law and Business from Reichman University (2001–2004) and are pursuing a B.Sc in Life Sciences with emphasis on Biotechnology at Israel Jobs (2009–present), in addition to holding an Electronics degree from Kziney Yam Acco (1991–1995).
