Kumar Pranay has been with Altudo since June 2018, serving in various roles including Manager of Digital Transformation, Associate Manager of Business Excellence, and Customer Success Manager for Asana, focusing on customer onboarding and relationship development to enhance satisfaction and retention. Additionally, Kumar served as Practice Lead for Quality Assurance, responsible for establishing quality strategies and conducting audits to ensure operational excellence. Prior to Altudo, Kumar worked at Convergys from February 2017 to June 2018 as an Escalation Engineer for Microsoft, managing escalated support cases and liaising with the development team. Kumar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, completed in 2016.
