Ismael Valenzuela

Ismael Valenzuela has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Ismael started their career as a Software Developer at MobileSolutions S.A in 2012, where they worked on developing mobile social networks and payment platforms. Ismael then joined Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2014 as a Tangible User Interface Developer, focusing on developing user interfaces using .NET Gadgeteer. In 2016, they co-founded Be H.O.P.E. and served as the Director of Technology. In 2017, they joined the Instituto Sistemas Complejos de Ingeniería as a Software Developer for the U-Safe project. Later that year, they co-founded Altum Lab and took on the roles of Chief Technology Officer and Director of Technology. Overall, Ismael Valenzuela has demonstrated their expertise in software development, user interface design, and technology leadership throughout their career.

Ismael Valenzuela's education history begins in 1991 when they attended Liceo Camilo Ortuzar Montt. Ismael completed their education at Liceo Camilo Ortuzar Montt in 1997. Following that, from 1998 to 2004, Ismael studied at the Instituto Nacional Jose Miguel Carrera. In 2006, they enrolled at Universidad de Chile and graduated in 2012 with a degree in Ingeniero Civil en Ciencias de la Computación.

In addition to their formal education, Ismael obtained a certification in Fluidez de Duolingo en inglés: Avanzado (Estimado) from Duolingo in July 2016.
