Chief Sales Marketing Officer at Altum Technologies

Markus Eklund began their work experience in 2000 at ABB, where they held various roles over the years. Markus started as a Project Manager, responsible for delivering medium voltage motors to customers in selected countries. Markus then moved on to become an Area Sales Manager, supporting local sales and visiting customers in different countries. After that, Markus became a Region Sales Manager, promoting medium voltage motors in North America and negotiating agreements with customers. Markus'slast role at ABB was as a Global Market Manager, where they were responsible for sales and marketing of drives for the Chemical, Oil and Gas industry globally. In 2020, Markus joined Altum Technologies, first as a Business Unit Director and currently serves as the Chief Sales Marketing Officer.

Markus Eklund pursued their education in a chronological manner. Markus first attended Mattlidens Gymnasium from 1991 to 1994, where they completed their high school education. Following this, from 1996 to 2008, they enrolled at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, where they earned a Master's Degree in Electro Mechanics and Industrial Management. Later, from 2020 to 2022, they attended Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development and obtained an Executive MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
