Walter Hall has extensive experience as a consultant and advisor in the field of information technology. Walter has provided big data science and analytics architecture, development, and support to various companies and organizations. Walter'swork has included roles such as Interim Chief Information Officer (CIO), Principal Member, Enterprise Architect, Team Lead/Architect, Implementation Consultant/Senior Data Architect, Transition Consultant/Senior Big Data Engineer, GE Healthcare Consultant/Senior Tableau Developer/Senior Data Engineer, and Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer/Engineer. Walter has worked for companies including Altus ACE LLC, KWI Communications LLC, Med USA, Ascension, Kaleida Health, AdventHealth, Oregon Health & Science University, DaVita Kidney Care, Cerner Corporation, and TransForm Shared Service Organization.

Walter Hall's education history begins with their diploma from Spring High School in 1991, followed by one year at John Foster Dulles High School in 1989-1990. Walter received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin in 2000 and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Science from St. Edward's University in 2003. Currently, they are pursuing a J.D. from the California School of Law, expected to be completed in 2024. Hall also holds certifications including a Certificate of Ordination in Preaching/Pastoral Ministry obtained from Greater St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church in 2017, and a License to Preach obtained in 1992 from the same institution.
