Malcolm Simpson

Malcolm Simpson is a highly experienced professional in facilities management and asset management, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at both Altus Group and IONA CONSULTING LIMITED since April 2020. Prior to these roles, Malcolm held various leadership positions at Ellisdon Facilities Services, including Vice President and Director of Operations, and served as Estates Director at Fiona Stanley Hospital while with Serco. Additional experience includes self-employment as a consultant, Head of Facilities at Celtic Football Club and the University of Stirling, and project management roles within Serco across multiple divisions. Malcolm holds a Higher National Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering from the Dundee Institute of Technology, completed in 1986.
