Patrick Broome

Patrick Broome has a diverse range of experience in the real estate and personal property tax consulting industry. Patrick worked as a Vice President at Altus Group, where they provided consulting services for clients in various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, energy, retail, hospitality, and leasing. Patrick specialized in real estate valuation, acquisitions, assessment appeals, and property tax compliance for different types of properties. Prior to that, Patrick was a Principal at SC&H Group and a Principal Owner at HPTS. Patrick also worked as a Division Manager at CBIZ and as a Manager at Property Valuation Services.

Patrick Broome earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. Patrick later pursued a Masters degree in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, completing their studies from 2000 to 2004.
