Ben specializes in placing senior management professionals within private equity-backed businesses across the UK and Europe, leveraging a ten-year tenure that has cultivated a robust network in the European private equity landscape. Prior experience includes a role as Associate Director and Manager in Executive Search at Harper May from April 2016 to October 2020, with various roles focusing on resourcing. Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Classical and Ancient Studies from King's College London (2011-2015) and completed education at Cowbridge Comprehensive School (2004-2011).
