Aaron Zaretsky

Aaron Zaretsky is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Senior Production Manager and Production Engineer at Altus Power, Inc., overseeing 200 solar assets and 400 MW of C&I solar in various regions of the USA and Hawaii since October 2023. Prior to this role, Zaretsky was the Performance Engineer at Cleanleaf Energy from January 2018 to March 2023, managing over 1 GW of distributed solar assets and developing analytical tools to address underperforming sites. Earlier career experiences include serving as the Responsible System Engineer for emergency power systems at Bruce Power and as an Engineering Co-op Student with both the Department of National Defence and Carleton University, where Zaretsky focused on advanced engineering projects and research. Zaretsky holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University.
