Brett Phillips

Brett Phillips is an experienced leader in sustainable finance and real estate, currently serving as Director of Investment & Structured Finance at Altus Power, Inc. and as a Founding Partner at Luci Renewables. With a long-standing commitment to sustainability, Brett holds positions as Senior Fellow at Architecture 2030 and Co-Founder and Chairman of the 2030 Districts Network. Brett has also contributed as a Board Member at Russell's Fifth Avenue and MRP Enterprises, and previously served on the City of Seattle Central Waterfront Oversight Committee. With educational credentials including a Bachelor's in Finance and Government from William & Mary and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Seattle University, Brett has held significant roles at Unico Properties, including Vice President of Sustainable & Responsible Investments and co-founder of Unico Solar Investors.
