Mark Venturella

Mark Venturella is an accomplished professional in design and construction management with extensive experience in overseeing commercial property projects. Currently serving as Director of Design and Construction at Altus Properties since August 2016, Mark manages all phases of project execution, including team selection, design management, and construction operations. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Vice President at The Koman Group, LLC, and served as Program Manager at MLE, Inc., where strategic project management and process improvement were key responsibilities. Mark's career also includes roles at GNH Services, Inc. as a National Account Executive and Project Manager, where client collaboration and project oversight were pivotal.
