Peter Gray is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leadership, asset management, and education. As Managing Partner at Altus Properties since April 2011, Peter oversees the company's strategies, operations, and cultural alignment. In addition, Peter serves as an Adjunct Professor at Olin Business School at Washington University, focusing on Real Estate Finance and Investments. Prior to these roles, Peter was the Regional Operating Officer and Asset Manager at Panattoni Development Company from January 2006 to April 2011, managing around one billion dollars in assets across various markets. Peter holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
