Jeff Ijjas

Jeff Ijjas is the current Director of Professional Services at Altvia. Prior to joining Altvia, Jeff was with MUSH Foods where they served as Ecommerce & Data Manager. In this role, they were responsible for eCommerce management and digital marketing, data analysis and reporting, B2B account management, and customer service. Jeff was also responsible for coordinating with 3PL partners on a daily basis.

Before MUSH Foods, Jeff was with FJA-US where they served as Product Modeler/Team Lead. In this role, they provided sound data analysis to help FJA understand their business needs and reach their goals utilizing FJA software. Jeff also helped transition FJA into a new software system and provided continuous training to users and downstream consumers. Jeff also served as a mentor for new hires, providing support, feedback, and guidance through the on-boarding process and beyond to ensure steady career growth and opportunity.

Some of Jeff’s other responsibilities and duties have included leading client software training initiatives, business requirement gathering, defect management, and adding to internal leadership groups to drive company progress and growth.

Jeff Ijjas attended Duke University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Jeff also holds certification from Salesforce in Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA).
