Javier Macicior is currently the CEO at Aludium, having assumed the role in 2025. Previously, they served as Director General at Kronospan from 2016 to 2025 and held the same title at Puertas Dimara SL from 2008 to 2016. Javier's earlier experience includes positions as Management Trainee at Jeld-Wen and Director de Fábrica at Puertas Norma, where they were responsible for designing and establishing one of Europe's most modern factories. Javier earned a degree in Ingeniero Técnico Superior de Montes with a specialization in Industry from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1984 to 1991.
