Don Johnson

Don Johnson has a solid background in engineering and project management. Don currently holds the position of Director of Project Engineering at Aludyne since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Shiloh Industries for four years as the Director of Manufacturing Project Engineering, where they were responsible for new model launches, equipment acquisition, and facility upgrades. From 2012 to 2017, they served as the Director of Engineering and Estimating at Defiance Metal Products. Before that, they held the role of Director of Engineering and Program Management at Autoline Industries, where they were involved in business strategy, contract negotiations, and project management. Don also worked as an Engineering Manager at Dura Automotive from 2000 to 2007 and started their career as a Project Engineer at FEMA Corporation from 1996 to 2000.

Don Johnson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University from 1989 to 1997.
