Len Bogus

Len Bogus has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Len started their career as a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op at CMI Southfield, Inc. in 1994 and worked there until 1999. Len then joined Hayes Lemmerz International as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer from 1999 to 2006. Following that, they worked at Diversified Machine Inc., where they held various positions including Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and Director of Program Management and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering from 2006 to 2012. Currently, Len is a part of Aludyne, where they have held positions such as Senior Director of Program Management, Vice President of Program Management and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations - Americas North since March 2021.

Len Bogus attended Kettering University from 1994 to 1999, where they completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) with a focus on Machine Design.
