John Eliakim

John Eliakim is currently the Director of Student Recruitment & Outreach at the African Leadership University for ALU Rwanda, ALCHE Mauritius, and ALUSB Kigali. They have over twelve years of experience in business development, partnership management, digital marketing, and international relations. Previously, John held roles such as Senior International Students Recruitment Manager at ApplyBoard and Partnerships Lead for East Africa at The Baobab Network. They also served as Board Secretary for the Study in Africa Initiative, aiming to enhance student mobility and accessibility within African higher education. John holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations & Diplomacy from the University of Nairobi and is pursuing further education in Leadership and Change at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
