Simon Kagwe

Simon Kagwe is a dedicated leader and educator whose mission centers around loving and serving God and others. With a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Nairobi and an MBA from the African Leadership University, Simon has held significant leadership roles including President of AIESEC in Kenya and Co-founder and Managing Director of You and I. Currently, Simon serves as the Executive Dean at the Fearless Institute and is a Ph.D. candidate in Strategic Leadership and Change Management at USIU-Africa. Passionate about quality education and service leadership, Simon also mentors young leaders and is a published author focused on youth discipleship.
