At ALULA, we bring together purpose, possibility, and world-class production.
Formerly known as Transylvania Vocational Services (TVS) and Dover Foods, ALULA represents the next chapter of our long-standing commitment to impact-driven manufacturing and inclusive employment. Our mission is simple and powerful: we uplift people and businesses through purpose-powered programs and manufacturing, creating inclusive opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

From our 65,000 sq. ft. facility in Brevard, NC, we specialize in contract manufacturing and packaging of dry food products and dietary supplements for government and commercial partners who care about quality, reliability, and lasting impact.

With more than 20 years of expertise—and certifications including SQF Level 3, USDA Organic, Kosher, and USDA 3A Dairy—our award-winning team is known for precision, consistency, and trusted performance. To date, we’ve produced over 200 million pounds of food products, from bakery mixes and fortified cereals to nutritional powders, all while meeting the industry’s highest standards.

But ALULA is more than a manufacturing partner.
Rooted in a 50-year mission, we continue to expand employment opportunities for adults with disabilities through robust day programs, vocational training, employment placement, and residential supports. Many program participants build meaningful careers within ALULA’s operations—because inclusion isn’t just a value here, it’s the heart of who we are.

We manufacture with purpose.
We innovate with people in mind.
We deliver with integrity that strengthens every product we touch.
