Michael Leaf

Michael Leaf is the current Executive Director at Alumasc Group. Prior to this, they were the Divisional Managing Director at Alumasc Precision Ltd from June 2011 to February 2016. Michael has also worked as the Director at Ideal Standard International BVBA from March 2007 to June 2011.

Michael has full P&L responsibility for companies with a combined turnover of almost £40 million and is responsible for three sites with over 350 employees. Overseeing all commercial, manufacturing/supply chain and finance functions developing and implementing business strategy to deliver growth and improve profitability over a 5 year horizon are some of their key responsibilities. Other areas of responsibility include NPD and Business Development.

At Ideal Standard International BVBA, they were responsible for the development and introduction of products into the D.I.Y sales channel. Michael was also the Country Leader for Ireland where they had total commercial responsibility for the sale and distribution of Ideal Standard and Armitage Shanks products in Ireland. In their role as Commercial Director for Bathing and Wellness Products, they were responsible for the manufacturing, supply chain and commercial activities of the Bathing and Wellness product category in the U.K. and Ireland.
