Shayne Meechan

Shayne Meechan is a strategic project manager with over 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, and public engagement, specializing in partnerships with Indigenous communities. Previously, Shayne served as a Digital Marketing Consultant for Interior Health Authority and held roles at organizations such as ALUS and Axine Water Technologies, where they drove significant increases in engagement and media presence. As the Founding Executive Director of Green Okanagan, Shayne secured funding for climate action initiatives and directed community-driven projects. Currently, Shayne is pursuing a Bachelor of Professional Arts in Communication and Media Studies while working as a Senior Communications Manager.
