Devin is the Director of Contact Center Operations, and is responsible for developing customer CARE operations for both Alviere and their clients.

Prior to Alviere, Devin worked in the Wireless, BPO and Satellite industries. Devin focused on building high functioning CARE teams, including frontline, retention, and center of excellence teams all with the primary focus of improving the overall customer experience.
