Dan Mashiter

Dan Mashiter is a co-founder of Alvin, specializing in automating BigQuery optimization to reduce cloud spending for organizations. Prior to Alvin, Dan worked in product and growth at people.io, where significant achievements included creating a highly successful app and launching “o2 Get.” Dan also completed a six-month accelerator program with Founders Factory Ltd while at people.io. Previously, as head of retention at Gousto, Dan led efforts to maximize customer orders and built the company's digital marketing function. Additionally, Dan co-founded Mosaic Tours, focusing on special-interest tours in London, and served as a project leader at Enactus Nottingham, providing consultancy to social enterprises. Dan holds a first-class BA (Hons) in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham.
