Randy Shively

Director of Clinical Development

Randy Shively is the Director of Research and Clinical Development at Alvis, where they oversee controlled research projects on treatment outcomes related to recidivism and publish findings in national and international publications. Previously, they served as the Director of Clinical Development at Alvis House from 1991 to 2015, where they developed clinical services and supervised graduate students. With a Ph.D. in Psychology from The Ohio State University, they have extensive experience in assessing individuals with developmental delays and training on relevant clinical topics, as well as conducting psychological testing for offenders. Additionally, Randy practices as a psychologist in private practice and through contracts with County Boards.
