Mayani Johnson

Mayani Johnson, CPA has extensive work experience in technical accounting, SEC reporting, and compliance. They have held leadership roles at various companies, including Alvotech and BlackLine, where they served as Senior Directors in Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting. Prior to that, Johnson was an Assistant Corporate Controller at Fresenius Medical Care North America. They also held the position of Director in Accounting Policies, SOX 404, and Compliance at Verizon Communication Inc. Johnson's experience also includes roles as General Accounting Manager at Novartis, Financial Project Controller at Lucent Technologies, and Senior Accountant at KPMG US.

Mayani Johnson, CPA earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Option from Cal State East Bay- College of Business & Economics in the years 1995 to 1997. Mayani also holds additional certifications including "Effective Leadership Skills" from Mendoza College of Business University of Notre Dame and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California.
