Simran Soni is a Senior Biotechnologist (Upstream) at Alvotech since 2025. Previously, Simran worked as a Senior Research Associate in Upstream Process Development at UPSIDE Foods from 2022 to 2024, focusing on the scale-up and tech transfers of cultivated meat. Prior to that, Simran held positions as a Bioprocess Engineer II and Bioprocess Engineer at Novartis Gene Therapies from 2021 to 2022.
