Kimberly Taylor

Kimberly Taylor has extensive experience in finance management, having held numerous leadership roles across various companies. From 2006 to 2011, Kimberly served as a self-employed Finance Manager, and between 2003 and 2006, held positions at the Boston Institute for Psychotherapy and O'Toole & Co. Kimberly's most notable roles include serving as Vice President of FP&A at The RepTrak Company, where responsibilities included leading finance operations and a global finance team, and as Senior Finance Director at Andela, focusing on finance business partnerships in a VC-backed talent marketplace. Additional experience as VP of Finance at Linus Health and as a Senior Finance Manager at Agency Oasis further highlights expertise in financial strategy and operations. Currently, Kimberly serves as an Advisor at Always Keep Progressing since June 2025.
