Els Degroote

Els Degroote is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. Currently serving as a Board Member at multiple organizations including Animalcare Group and ZOUTE GRAND PRIX, Els has also held significant positions at TRIGINTA, Greenyard, miDiagnostics, Arenal, and ALYCHLO as an Investment Manager. Previously, as a Partner in M&A at EY and Head of Corporate Finance and M&A at KBC Securities, notable contributions included advising major transactions and leading various corporate finance projects. Els holds an MBA in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School and a degree from the University of Antwerp.
