Jason King is an experienced project manager specializing in luxury custom homes and residential construction. Currently serving as Project Manager for Alys Beach since October 2020, Jason has held various leadership roles in the construction industry, including Director of Operations/Senior Project Manager at Brighton Builders and Senior Project Manager at Kingswood Custom Homes, Inc. Jason's expertise also includes business development roles, as seen during the tenure at PBS Contractors. Prior experience encompasses project management at BCB Homes, Inc., and NVR, Inc., where Jason contributed significantly to high-quality construction projects. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware, completed in 2004.
