Alexander Käfer

Alexander Käfer has a diverse work experience in various industries. Alexander'smost recent role is as a Sales Manager DACH at AM-Flow, which started in February 2023. Before that, they worked at ROMACO GROUP as a Junior Sales Manager from April 2022 to December 2022. Alexander also has experience as a Mechanical Engineer/Production Engineer at Kamedi GmbH from June 2020 to March 2022, where they were involved in conceptual design, machine design, assembly, and commissioning of production plants. Alexander also played a key role in the design concept of the medical product heat it®. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Sales at SPAES GmbH & Co. KG from July 2021 to November 2021, contributing to the sales concept for the DACH region. Alexander also had an internship at Apium Additive Technologies GmbH in August 2020, where they focused on production optimization and restructuring in the field of 3D printing. Alexander also undertook their final thesis as a state-certified technician at IWK Verpackungstechnik GmbH from November 2019 to March 2020, primarily focusing on concept creation, design, and economic efficiency calculation for cutting tools in packaging machinery. Alexander started their career as a Production Mechanic at Rosenbauer Group from October 2016 to September 2018, specializing in the assembly of rescue baskets and hydraulic/electrical components for special vehicles. Alexander also completed an apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic at Karlsruher Institute of Technology (KIT) from September 2013 to September 2016, gaining experience in machine operation and assembly in the field of Microstructure Technology.

Alexander Käfer began their education in 2013 at Carl-Benz-Schule in Karlsruhe, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Mechanics. Alexander completed this program in 2016. Afterward, they joined the same institution and studied Mechanical Engineering, earning a Bachelor's degree as a professional/state certified technician from 2018 to 2020. In October 2019, they obtained the "Ausbildung der Ausbilder (AdA)" certification from the IHK Karlsruhe.
