Alan Phipps

Alan Phipps is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the Life Sciences and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving at AM Technical Solutions, Inc., Phipps oversees Plumbing and HVAC Sheetmetal construction packages for a major greenfield project in Central Indiana. Previously, Phipps managed Data Integrity initiatives for Castle Hill Technologies and led a $6M new equipment installation project at Hargrove Engineers + Constructors for Tronox, optimizing plant operations. Phipps has also contributed as a Process and Process Controls Specialist for Amgen and held multiple engineering roles at Eli Lilly and Company, focusing on alarm management and facility support. Phipps began the professional journey as a Process and Project Engineer at Abbott Laboratories after earning a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
