Vann Starr is an experienced engineering and construction management professional with a comprehensive background in project management and construction oversight. Currently serving as Engineer III at David Evans and Associates, Inc. since July 2015, Vann also holds the position of Owners Rep/Construction Manager at AM Technical Solutions, Inc. since May 2011.
