Andy Korony has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1985. Andy began their career as a Programmer/Analyst at the New York State Department of Labor from 1985 to 1989. From 1989 to 1992, they worked as a Systems Programmer/Database Administrator at the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal. In 1992, they joined the American Management Association as a Programmer/Analyst and worked their way up to Director of IT Operations, a position they have held since August 2016. Throughout their time at the American Management Association, they have also served as a Senior Programmer/Analyst, Database Administrator, and Manager of Application Support and Database Administration.

Andy Korony studied Economics/Computer Science and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University at Albany, SUNY.
