Bill Straubinger

Bill Straubinger is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of senior management experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. As Executive Director of the Volunteer Center of United Way from 1980 to 1998, Bill directed a multi-site operation with over 25 staff, managing an extensive budget that included various grants and service programs. Since September 2000, Bill has served as Director of Results For Change, a consulting organization focused on enhancing employee skills through training and coaching. Additionally, since 2010, Bill has been a faculty member at the American Management Association, delivering training and consulting to thousands within major organizations. Bill's academic background includes studies in Education and Psychology at San José State University.
