Mark Chen

Mark Chen is an experienced General Manager and Board Director with a strong background in the Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Products industries. Currently serving as a Director on multiple boards, including Noratech Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Allgenesis Biotherapeutics Inc., Mark has held notable positions such as General Manager at Bristol Myers Squibb and Vice President at Simcere Pharmaceutical Group. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, an MBA in Finance and MIS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Master of Laws from National Chengchi University. Mark also contributes as a Distinguished Consultant for the American Management Association and was previously Co Chairman of the AmCham Retail Committee.
