Robin McNatt

Robin McNatt is an experienced executive coach and consultant with a focus on career coaching, executive leadership development, and fostering diverse and inclusive workplace cultures. Currently serving as a faculty member at the American Management Association and holding the position of Executive Coach and Principal Consultant at Robin L McNatt Consulting since 2010, Robin also acts as an Executive Coach and Core Guide for Chief, a network aimed at advancing women in leadership. Previous roles include Regional Director for WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., Chief People Officer for Restaurants on the Run, and Senior Director at The Paul Merage School of Business, UC Irvine. Robin holds a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, alongside training in Effective Boardroom Leadership from UC Irvine. Additionally, Robin founded StyleLaughter with a mission to build better communities through comedy and has contributed significantly to leadership programs for women.
