Shannon Alter

Shannon Alter, CPM, has a diverse and extensive background in real estate management and education. Shannon served as Regional Vice President at the National Management Firm from August 2015 to February 2019, overseeing operations across the West, Southwest, and Central U.S. Previously, Shannon held volunteer leadership roles at the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), including Regional Vice President and National Instructor, contributing to over 2,300 members in California and Hawaii. Additionally, Shannon is a National Instructor for the American Management Association and serves as Faculty at the Institute for Organization Management. As the Founder of Leaders Exceed LLC and President of Alter Consulting Group, Shannon focuses on enhancing communication and management practices within global organizations. Shannon's previous role as Executive Vice President at Triple Net Properties, LLC involved leading a significant national real estate portfolio. Educational background includes the University of Southern California.
