AMACE PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED (APPL) is a company comprising of around 35 Civil Engineering Professionals based out of " The Dugout" 63, Durairaj Street, Thiru Nagar, Valasravakkam, CHENNAI, 600087 Tamil Nadu, India.

The Company was founded in the year 1999. Starting as a partnership company,Amalgamated Management & Construction Enterprise,  it turned into APPL,  in the year 2005. 

Even though APPL is predominantly a "Project Management Consultancy", it provides total real estate solutions starting from Project feasibility studies, Land Procurement, Statutory Construction Approvals, PMC, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Development Advisory and  Buying, Selling & Leasing of Real Estate.

APPL has served an esteemed Clientele starting from Adyar Gate Hotels, AG Infrastructure, AR Foundations, CES, Cholamandalam Finance, Dadha Pharma, Emaar MGF, K.Raheja Group, Kochar Homes, Kotak Realty Fund, Mayara Estates, MM Forgings, Marudhar Rocks,  Pricol Properties, Puravankara Projects, Punjab Association , Rayala Corporation, Radha Rajalakshmi Hotels, Spero Group, SPRRG, Sundaram Fasteners, Tablets India, TVS Investments Limited, The Times of India, VVA Group of Companies, WS Industries, Waburg Pincus etc; to name a few.

The company has managed some of the Prestigious projects in Chennai like The Fortune OMR, Hotel Radisson Blue City Center, Hotel Feathers, Intercontinental Resorts, Hotel Turya, Emaar Esplanade, Kochar Panchsheel, AVM Asta, Asta Arise, TIL Park, Kochar Bliss, Kochar Jade, Kochar Globe, Dadha Chambers, etc; 

APPL  has managed nearly 9.00 Million Square Feet of Construction Area till date as PMC including statutory approvals and about 7.00 Million square feet of statutory approvals alone till date,

 APPL is currently managing 2.00 Million Square feet of Residential and Commercial  projects in addition to 0.3 Million square feet of Institutional Buildings
